It is a three-story walk-up building with a pool, hot tub and even a waterfall! This cute community has lots of flora surrounding the courtyard. There is a twenty-four hour help desk and a wonderful staff to assist your needs.

I would be interested in either of the properties you mention. Please let me know if any of the mentioned properties have any vacancies. Beachwalk, White Sands, Kalo Terrace. I really need a place to live for the 2009-2010 year at UH, and time is running out!!

Hi Krissy! We have spots at all three of these locations, but our spots are going very fast! Both UH and HPU dorms are full, so there are many students in need of housing.
