We offer three different types of accommodations!

We are Hawaii’s oldest, largest, and only full-service dorm management company. We service all of Hawaii’s colleges and universities.
As a full-service dorm provider, we offer three student housing options that are sure to meet the needs of students and their families.
The Student Suites Collection
These buildings offer a conventional dorm experience, are available to all college students, and are 100% student rentals.
Units are rented by the semester or the school year. Single and double occupancy rooms are available. All units come with full kitchens or kitchenettes, are furnished and include electricity, water, cable, internet and trash service.
Student Resident Assistants live at each property and each student is assigned to an RA who will assist them through problem resolution, questions, etc. The RAs also sponsor student life activities available to all students. These units are popular with freshmen and sophomores but are open to all students.
Buildings are alcohol and drug-free, and each student is accountable for their own behavior. The rules are enforced by the on-site House Director and RA.
Our Student Suites Collection include Beachwalk and Kalo Terrace.
The Hotel Dorm Collection
These are rooms leased in Waikiki hotels. Of the ten in which we lease units, nine are managed by Outrigger and Aqua Hotels, two of Hawaii’s largest hotel management companies. The other hotel is a privately managed garden hotel.
These accommodations are popular with upperclassmen and freshmen committed to their studies.
Rooms are large and maintained by the hotel staff. Suites are fully furnished and include electricity, water, cable, internet and trash service. Weekly maid service is also included.
Units are rented by the bed and can be single or double occupancy.
There is an RA (Resident Assistant) on site. Student life programs are available to students.
The hotels are rated three-star and above and are also available to students’ families when visiting Hawaii.
Rooms are also alcohol and drug-free. As a general rule, in addition to our rules, students must also follow the hotels’ rules.
Our Hotel Dorm Collection includes: Maile Skycourt, Island Colony, Palms, Waikiki West, and White Sands.
The Student Rental Collection
Our Student Rental Collection includes rental and condominium apartments. These are available for rent to all students, are fully furnished, and include electricity, water, cable, internet and trash service. Rooms are rented by the bed. Both single and double occupancies are available.
Each student is assigned an RA from the dorm and/or hotel buildings. RAs fill the normal role but are just not on site. Student life programs are available and students are free to join students from other buildings in our student life activities.
Most buildings have an independent resident manager who works for the owner of the building. We enforce our own rules. No drugs or alcohol allowed in our units. Complaints through or by the resident manager will be handled by the assigned RA or House Director.
Our Student Rental Collection includes: Ala Moana Tower and Tradewinds
We hope that one of our three dorm options will satisfy the needs of the students and their families. E komo mai. Come in – we welcome you. Be a guest in one of our dorm properties.

I called about a week ago and spoke to someone about a $675/month place. I will graduate May 9, 2009 and will be moving to Waikiki on May 12, 2009. I will be pursuing my masters online with Edith Cowan University. She told me that I could reserve a room now if I paid a down payment of $550. Is this correct? I would love to move into a place like this because of the low price for rent. Please give me a call anytime. Much mahalo!

My boyfriend and I are both attending LCC and will be transfering to UH and HPU soon. We have been looking into apartment prices, since we live on the Northshore and don’t want to commute daily, but we’d like an affordable apartment that we don’t have to share with anyone. Nothing dorm-style, and with our own kitchen and parking. We’d love to know what student rentals hawaii has to offer us so please contact us soon!
thanks,
shantell
Me and my boyfriend are planning on attending Manoa but are not too excited about dorming. We really would like to find a apartment or studio were it can just be us. But are having trouble finding good rates. So I am hoping this site can give us some hope. Please let me no if you have anything available. Mahalo.

hello, my boyfriend goes to KCC and i am a student at UHManoa. We are looking for off campus, affordable but nice, shared or not. We are willing to spend up to 1200/mo and are looking for at least one full bedroom a kitchen, washer and dryer parking and all utilities included(cable, internet, water, electric). we like to keep a clean house. if it’s a roommate situation we really appreciate someone who cleans up after themself and even if they like a dirty room as long as they keep their part of the shared space clean we’re happy
Heya! I’m looking for an off-campus housing as I will be attending HPU’s Fall 2009 intake which starts in September. I will be arriving in Hawaii around the 3rd or 4th week of August. I will be a junior in the Fall semester and I’m majoring in the Advertising/Public Relations so my classes will most likely be in the downtown campus, in the city.
Looking forward to your reply, thanks! Have a great day!
Aloha Sandra! We would love to have you stay with us at one of our five unique locations. Our move in date is August 22nd, but we can move you in early if you like. Please let us know what we can do to assist you.
