Make A Payment

There are several ways you can pay your rent or deposit with us.  If you would like to use a credit card,debit card, or e-check you can make a payment through the www.paylease.com link below. 

If you would like to mail us a check or money order you can do so by mailing it to:

Rent is due on the 1st of every month (even if it is a holiday or weekend) and late after the 3rd. A $50.00 late fee may be assessed for payments received after the 3rd.

Please note that we only accept cash at our main office during business hours at our University Ave. location.
