Beachwalk is located at 260 Beachwalk Ave, one block from the famous Waikiki Beach. This is a smaller dorm with about seventy students.  It is a two story walk-up granden style community centered around a sparkling pool.  At this location it is one hundred percent students.  There is also one of the three buildings that is graduate student preferred.

Style: Studios with kitchenettes

Amenities: Pool, on-site laundry, on-site staff,  help desk,  one block from the beach.

Prices: Doubles: $700.00,  Singles:  $1,100

Furnishings: one queen bed (singles), two double beds (doubles), table, chairs, dressers, night stands.

Air: window units

Parking: Available nearby through Propark

*All prices are per person, per month and include:  electric, cable, internet, water and trash.

    What is included in beachwalk? Internet? air con? maid service? security? .. etc..

    Aloha Hansen! At Beachwalk, included in the rent is cable,internet, air conditioning, electric, water and trash. There is not weekly maid service at this location. There is a security guard at night. Please let me know if there is anything else we can for you.

    I would like to ask for vacancy situation of your
    Singles (private studios) $925.
    Is this a monthly rent?

    I am a new international student from Japan at HPU.
    My fall semester is going to be started from September 8th. Therefore

    Would you please inform me about the availability and other information.
    I would like to enter by the end of August and no later than September
    6th with my wife.

    I was wondering if you still had spots available for the fall semester only. Also, do you pay on a monthly bases.
    Basically, how can I get more information about your location.

    Aloha Gavin! We do have spots for Fall only. You can pay on the first of every month. You can view our Beachwalk lease to see the terms and rates here on the website under applications or you can call us at 808-952-5377 and we can answer any questions you may have.
